We had a smooth check-in process at Itsy By Treebo - Nrm Residency. The room size was good and provided all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were helpful and polite, ensuring a pleasant customer service experience.

The room was somewhat clean and the check-in process went smoothly. Plus, the hotel had a good location that made it easy for me to travel around the area.
